Big O Tires

Gotta give Michael & the boys at the Big O store on Riggs & McQueen, in Chandler! They are always honest about everything and recently did an oil leak test on my daughter’s crappy 2010 Ford Escape! First, they didn’t charge me for the cleaning of the undercarriage or the dye test! That was greatly appreciated, and I do take all my cars there for service. They found the leaks, and rather than try to sell me the repairs it needed, they were honest & said I didn’t want to spend that much money as the car wasn’t worth it! So that is awesome! I highly recommend this Big O for your tires, as well as solid & honest repairs! Thanks Mike & the guys! Rick & Rylie Flaherty 😊😊👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼

Short version: DON’T go here! My spouse took her Lexus in to get a tire repaired because it had a slow leak due to a nail. Hours later she left with a bill over $800 covering two new tires and some bracket under the car. The tire pressure sensors worked fine before she went in, but were not working when she left. Jayme tried to help and did his best to try to fix this and replaced the sensors, but after a couple of trips to the shop and hours of waiting, they still didn’t work. Next stop was Lexus dealer. They said that 3 of the 4 sensors appeared new. They were able to get it fixed for $200. Total bill for a nail in the tire: Over $1000. My advice would be to avoid this place, especially if you are a retiree in an expensive car.

I was stranded an hour away from home and they went above and beyond to not only help me get a tire, but install it right before close. One of the best places I’ve been to when it comes to getting a quality of service that most people don’t experience I think all of them, including the mechanics in the back deserve a raise. I was treated with pure acts of human kindness, and I will never forget that if you need repair or tire service services definitely come here.

they are kind but, I leave something for them to improve the service quality. Booked for 4 tire replacement and the service seems began 1 hr later. So, it was supposed to be done in 2hr or 2 and a half hours but, it was completed 3 and a half hour. After the service, I noticed all 4 tire stem seal caps are missing lol... on the wheel surface, I noticed the scratch. there was little damage on edge but, not on the surface. But, I dont want to blame this ;(

So this morning about 8am I called this store to see about getting in for a oil change on my wife's car, I talked with Justin and he told me it might be a little bit like a couple of hours. When I got to the store Edgar was at the front counter and told him I called earlier and told him that Justin said it would be a couple of hours and he told me yeah probably at least a couple of hours, then another guy that works come to the front counter and Edgar told him that he was writing me up for an oil change, the other guy, I found out his name later is Jamey got pissed and very rudly said it would more like 3-4 hours before getting me in. So I sat right there in the front area and not only 10 minutes later Jamey answered the phone and told this other person and go ahead and bring it for an oil change we can have it done in about 2 hours. I waited for them patiently not saying a word and after 4 hours they finally got my car in. While waiting for my car I kept listening to this old Jamey guy sit there to his ther coworkers and talk bad about customers in front of other customers because people didn't want to get certain things done but he was saying things like this customer comes in here for this or that but they keep saying they are going to sell the car so they don't want to spend money on the car. This Jamey guy should not be in customer service, I've been to other big o tires and have always been treated with respect and all the other customers were treated with respect. I would never come back to this location and would never recommend it to anyone. I would have only given 1 star but because Edgar and Justin was very nice and professional I gave 2 stars
