Toby's Auto Mechanic

I had four different Auto shops work on my AC leak. Firestone, Ed Whitehead, diesel bros and a shop in Glendale. Not one was able to locate and repair the leak. I decided to take it to Toby's auto, Verner was awesome and kept me updated on the process. Toby's auto actually finally fixed the issue when no other shops couldn't. I will always use them with all of my other vehicles. They are awesome. Thank you.

This location made renting a U-Haul such a terrible experience. I made a reservation one week in advance to pick up a 26-foot truck from the North Camino U-Haul location, an actual U-Haul dealer. I was alerted 3 days prior to coming out to Casa Grande from California, that the original U-Haul dealer I wanted (on N Camino) did not have a 26’ truck, and that my location can be moved to an affiliate location; which is Toby’s Auto Mechanic. Upon arrival, the U-Haul app said that the check-in process is smooth and easy with the 24/7 key box, and through the app, I followed all the steps and it seemed easy enough. Outside the establishment, there was no one there to greet us because even though Toby’s is supposed to be open, no workers are there. After the steps on the app, I was told that there was a 4-letter code for the key boxes and I received it via messages. I never had a 4-letter code for lock boxes because according to the several U-Haul representatives I spoke with, I was not set for the 24/7 boxes because Toby’s location is supposed to be open, but once again, I was stuck out there alone with no one to help or service me at all for the keys. After 40 minutes of standing outside and speaking with a great supervisor named Tiffany, finally a gentleman shows up. My sister called the number on the building and supposedly a woman, the owner, answered and said that someone would be coming and he stepped away from the desk for 25 minutes. When that gentleman arrived, supposedly the owner’s brother, he told a different rendition of why we were waiting out there with no one able to help us. He told us that the employee who was supposed to open the establishment that morning did a no call, no show and did not come into work. After all the different versions of stories and exhaustion of waiting, we finally received the keys and left. After leaving, I noticed that I also rented 3 dozen pads for the truck and never received those because they were supposed to be in the back of the trailer. I told Adam, the owner’s brother and gentleman who showed up, that I am contacting U-Haul for a refund due to lack of organization and professionalism. Thankfully, the original U-Haul location I wanted is able to fulfill my pads order. This was just a horrible experience.

I cant say enough good about Enid and Toby. I just brought my car in for an oil change and diagnostic and toby pointed out a big flaw in my wiring harness on an acura tsx. I got the new wiring harness installed and the engine isnt bogging and i didnt know this car could run this smooth again !!Thank you enid and Toby 🙏🙏🙏

I recently started experiencing issues with my car. After alot of research, i came across Toby's auto repair shop in Casa Grande and decided to give them a try. From the moment I made the appointment to when they completed the repairs, I had a seamless and stress-free experience, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who restored my car's performance and my confidence in auto repairs. Also wanted to thank Hercules, for just being absolutely adorable ; )

Ive had toby and his family taking care of my vehicles for years. Enid is the kindest soul and takes pride in her family business and i love that. Bring your car here not some corperation that doesnt care.
