Our insurance company referred us to Allard, and I have to give credit where it’s due—they were outstanding to work with. The team was understanding, empathetic, and genuinely kind throughout the process. That’s exactly the experience we had with Fernando and Kathy Branch. They even went as far as giving us a break on our deductible, something they were not obligated to do. In my view, that’s something Progressive should have stepped up on—but instead, Allard chose to take care of us. That speaks volumes about them as a local business.

I had an outstanding experience with Fernando and the team at Allard Collision! From the moment I arrived they made me feel welcomed. They repaired my VW Jetta's rear bumper faster than the promised completion date, and the work was impeccable. My car looked flawless, with every detail perfected—even my tires were shining when I picked it up. They went above and beyond by arranging a shuttle from Enterprise to pick me up after I dropped off my car and even offered to let me drop off my Enterprise rental at their shop for return after picking up my Jetta. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are top-notch. I highly recommend Allard Collision to anyone needing quality auto repairs.
