I understand that when you buy a used tire there’s usually no warranty, and I accepted that. But a tire should last more than 24 hours. I purchased a used tire yesterday around 4:30 PM, and by this morning—on my way to work—it completely blew out. That’s not normal wear, that’s a serious safety issue. I get that used tires are cheaper, but there’s still a responsibility to not sell something that’s clearly unsafe. This could have caused a major accident. Please do better. People’s safety should always come before making a quick sale.

Matt is a great person. His tire business has new and used tires at great prices. He started the business with his father in Chandler. Then, Matt and his father bought the Casa Grande location. Later, they sold the Chandler location. Matt's dad retired. I've been doing business with the family for over 30 years. We have become good friends. Victor is Manger and would travel to and from CG to Chandler until they opened in Casa Grande. Victor is great. You can trust the family to take care of your tire needs. They always go an extra mile to take care of people. They are number one to go to. I would drive from New Mexico to Casa Grande when we lived there. The guys would have everything ready for me when I got there. Nothing like having people who treat you like family. I wish I could give more stars. I haul heavy loads. I won't go anywhere else and trust others with my trailer and truck tires. Had a roadside emergency and Discount tire charged me double the cost for a tire. I went to Matt as soon as I could. He put the right tires on and the correct air pressure. By the pictures you can see that the right load rated tires are important. Your choice is family caring business. Or a corporate business that never will get to know you or your true needs.

They broke my tire pressure monitor system (TPMS) and claimed I rolled on a flat tire, and that's how it broke. My car went flat while parked and I took the wheel off without riding the flat tire to avoid any damage to the rim. I don't even think the TPMS can be damaged by rolling a flat tire because it is recessed in the rim. Careless tire shop, they know it and have signs that read "we are not responsible for damaging your car".

I usually come on the weekends and the service is usually very fast. I came in a Tuesday and there was hardly any crowd and the service is SSSLLLOOOWWW. Also, the price of having your tires changed went up 100%?!
