This isn’t even a one star shop, we originally had one of our service vehicles for truck in a different automotive shop in Cassa grande which after 2 1/2 months we couldn’t afford to have the truck down anymore. We opted to take it someplace else. When one of our customers mentioned, they had an automotive shop across the street from them I personally went in. Talk to the service representative told him what we were trying to do told them the issues we had before and inquired to see if they would be interested in doing the work they indicated yes I can get on it right away and how great their shop was. First of all, we’ve been used to taking our vehicles in telling them what we want done and the representative calling us back or giving us a quote. The first thing off was they said that needed a battery we told him OK they insisted on being paid for the battery alone, and that was it. Then the next job was to do an inspection to several checks and everything they came back with was above and beyond what we originally wanted in the first place, but we told him we’d consider it. They addressed the no start situation and they said that there were several plugs electrical wise that weren’t attached or plugged in, and they would take care of them, which wasn’t true we still had when we got the vehicle back. The temperature sensor was disconnected and the oil pressure switch was disconnected. They charged us $65 for adding water to the radiator with no coolant just water. They were more concerned about polishing out the headlights then they were about figuring out where all the rest of the unplugged wires went. I’m not gonna pick this thing to death because there were just so many issues. All I can suggest is if you can find a different shop I would go there instead.

We recently needed urgent work done on our car and called around town trying to get a same-day appointment. Middletown was able to get us in that same day, quickly diagnose the issue, and complete the repairs within three days—even though it required extensive work and parts to be shipped in. They actually finished a full week earlier than we originally expected! Not only was the work done quickly and efficiently, but they also had the best prices in town and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for reliable, honest work, you won’t be disappointed choosing this small business. Highly recommend!

If there is anyone in Casa Grande, AZ that can get you in and out with respect, time and at a fair price take your vehicle to Middleton auto. I called several auto places not knowing or even being refferred to and Eddie and his entire crew made sure that my truck got the best quality care and met ALL MY EXPECTATIONS! I appreciate the attention to the detais and Middleton auto got it right the first time right on the BULLSEYE! I am very pleased to know that there still are honest and reliable people in the automotive industry. With this I end my attaboy. We’ve been twice to this mechanic this year and our vehicle has already shown damage from both visits we had to take to the dealership service to get actual repairs done. If you want a honest recommendation from me don’t go here

If you are considering doing business with Middleton Automotive I would highly recommend them. I have a classic car after meeting with Ed Middleton and putting a plan together they went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. This was a major job complete engine rebuild and tons of other things. It wasn't just completing the project it was the follow up on additional things that popped up they covered at no cost great service. Ed and the team treated my car like it was his they even delivered it to my house when finished.
