This is not a 5 STAR Review. It is a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10 STAR Review regarding the service and the exceptional team of professionals who work at Jones Ford in Casa Grande, Arizona. Our family sold a 2022 Ford F-150 to the dealership back in August 2025 and they gave us the best deal after speaking with other dealerships in the area of Phoenix, Peoria, etc. Then on December 30, 2025, my husband decided he wanted to go buy another Ford pick-up and he had decided it would be a Ford Ranger because it was short enough to park in our garage. Yes, he had called around to all the other dealerships who told him whatever they thought he needed to hear to get him to at least drive to their dealership. But, the team at Jones Ford in Casa Grande had been interacting with me all day long trying to get a deal put together that my husband would accept and not be bamboozled by the other dealerships with 'word salad stuff that would wear him out' all with the efforts of getting him to buy a 2025 Ford Ranger from them because it would be late in the evening. YES!!! He drove his new 2025 Ranger off the lot of Jones Ford in Casa Grande, AZ that evening. But please don't stop reading yet.... I had left a personal item at the dealership the evening before and had to drive out to pick it up the very next day, on New Years Eve. Long story short version: I traded in my vehicle and drove a 2026 Buick Encore GX off the lot at Jones Ford in Casa Grande, late that evening. Every one of the individuals who were involved in the sale of my vehicle and making it ready for me to drive home that night, stayed late, on New Year's Eve!!! Every single team member was friendly, authentic in their enthusiasm, all very patient in the process that they had to wait for my husband to drive there after he got off work that evening so he could do his part of the paperwork so I could drive the car home that night. Since then, I've had to take the car in for a service issue that was taken care of with ease and I had my first oil change and service just a couple of weeks ago. I've read the other reviews about Jones Ford in Casa Grande and of course there are times when circumstances can present where a negative Review can be written when doing business with any company and their staff. Reviews help the management to become aware of areas that may need reviewed, monitored and appropriate solutions implemented if necessary. Every single one of my interactions with the staff at Jones Ford in Casa Grande, Arizona, has been a 10 STAR Experience for me. Incompetent service. Terrible communication. I made multiple calls to schedule an appointment to get a pre-collision sensor fixed on a 2026 Ford Transit and an oil change. After multiple attempts without any return call, I finally drove there to make an appointment. I should’ve realized this was a red flag. They said it would require a day, but it was there for two days and nothing was done. Also, they had told me they had loaner/rental cars available, which I later learned was a lie. In any case, I continually attempted to check in with them while they were doing the work (ostensively), but never received a return call - only an automated text message. On the second day, I finally drove there and waited in person. They continued to give me the run around until closing time when they returned the van to me unserviced. They were not able to calibrate the sensor. They did not do an oil change. They did put a sticker in my windshield, saying they checked the battery and tires. I truly have no idea how this place stays in business. If I were Ford, I would shut them down. We are going to try again at another dealer in Phoenix. If you come here for service, consider yourself forewarned.

Brought my car here for an inspection and was told no test drive would be done. they took my car out anyway without asking or telling me. the service advisor left early, didn’t answer messages, and nobody cared to follow up. when I complained, the manager admitted they messed up but tried to brush it off. this place has zero communication and no respect for customers or their cars. take your business somewhere else unless you like being ignored and lied to.

Excellent Service. Service men picked up and delivered my car on 7/2/2025 very nice and professional. Service Advisor Nicole and Erica kept me informed and what was happening to car. No loud noises from A/C unit anymore. Another repaired done well. Thank you Jones Ford Auto.

Took our car in for warranty on the ac compressor. They claimed it did not have warranty(it does) and quoted us for an aftermarket compressor plus labor because the compressor was back ordered. We decided to pick it up and take it to San Tan Ford. Jones service department took off the ac compressor, wrapped the lines with rags and never put the compressor back on. Had to then go back and pick up the parts they never put back on the car and take it into San Tan Ford. No apology whatsoever from them and was questioned on how it was driven without the belt when the car has 2 belts and the missing ac compressor was unnoticeable while driving. San Tan Ford found the warranty with no issue and have the parts. This is now the second vehicle we’ve taken into Jones for warranty work and they claim to find no warranty. Paid a full diagnostic fee for them to take parts off and not put them back on.
