Jesse and his employees are always professional, courteous, & very helpful! His shop is the only one I use & recommend everyone to. Very honest & prideful of their work. Usually get my truck back within a few days for something major like my transmission. Very Happy & loyal customer here!
View on GoogleBeware terrible experiences and even worse time management. I had to threaten them with police to get my vehicle. They dragged it to the front and blew out a tire. I was beyond patient and polite. Come to find out. I paid them for work which they never did! They ultimately returned my truck with worse conditions than when I brought it in. Took a total of 4 years. And I'm still missing a key from them. I've been told to get an attorney. I said no. I'm done with this company and it's crew.
View on GoogleTruck wouldn't start and a tow truck driver recommended I let him take it to Gobea’s. After diagnosing my truck, Gobea’s had me, like others mentioned here, purchase my own part, a fuel pump. I purchased the part from where Gobea’s suggested and they made the repair. About six months later, the truck had the same problem (wouldn’t start) so I took it back to Gobea’s. Gobea’s said it was “probably a bad fuel pump”, but since I bought the fuel pump, it was not under warranty. Gobea’s again replaced the fuel pump, but the new pump did not fix the problem. They then required me to buy a fuel pressure regulator (they “couldn’t find one locally”). When I went to get the truck when they told me to come back, it was still was not repaired with the replaced fuel pressure regulator. When I finally got the truck back, they had also purchased and replaced camshaft and crankshaft sensors. After two and a half weeks, 4 new parts and labor, it was repaired. They also said they don’t take checks (after taking my check on my first visit) and charged over 9% for a credit card service fee. Don’t make the mistake I made.
View on GoogleI do not recommend this shop they keeped my car for over a year for a engine swap and keeped making up excuses for why it's not done, he took parts off and his dog ate them then he couldn't find replacement parts so I had to buy a parts car for the car and it took him 6 months after getting that car to do anywork on my car and now I got my car back and it still doesn't run after a year and 5 months so now I have to take it to a shop to get looked at to see what's been done and get it fixed and running and I've had to borrow cars, get rides, and had to buy a new car because how long it took to get back and forth to work and I still don't have a running car so do not ever go to this shop
