I recently had a frustrating interaction with this place regarding my daughter's car brakes. I spoke with a woman who claimed to be a manager over the phone while my daughter was at the appointment. Despite my daughter's concerns about the brakes making loud squeaking noises, the manager insisted that they were fine, suggesting they were either dirty or that my daughter was driving too fast. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a parent, the safety of my child is my top priority, especially when it comes to something as critical as brakes. The manager's unwillingness to listen to my concerns was disheartening. When I mentioned that I might take the car elsewhere for a second opinion, she callously replied, "That's fine. They'll probably say they need to be done." I hope this review serves as a reminder that customer service should prioritize listening to and addressing customer concerns, particularly when safety is at stake. I won’t be returning to this service center.
