3/18/26 took car in for a A/C check as air was not cool but warm. Alex said it was probably a leak. Had it checked by one of the Mechanics and found leak, new hose was put on and whatever was necessary. Car A/C is running fine now and customer service was great. I would reccomend them as the price was fair and service was fine.

If I was you, I wouldn't go here. Especially if you're black, this shop has a problem with people of color especially the son in law the son in law has a problem with people of color i took my vehicle into this shop. I have multiple vehicle high-end vehicles. That was well taken care of always well maintenance. But all of a sudden, I was disrespected by the son-in-law, and I mentioned it to the manager, which I did not know that was his son-in-law that he was really disrespectful in me. Now, all of a sudden, I take my car back for them to finish the repairs. I have 9 other issues that's wrong with my car. And now he doesn't want to finish the repairs that he started. Don't go here. These are not good people.I had ten people.I had referred to them.I contacted every one of them to let them know pretty.Soon you'll be treated the same way leave now

The point is, I'm very disappointed. My mom had went to this shop several times and each time they tell her their vehicle's gonna be just fine. Nothing else is wrong with it. All of a sudden it, my mom has a problem with did no owner's son-in-law. So all of a sudden, he trumped up a bunch of charges and said, now you need to fix all these. She has copies of the paperwork saying that nothing else needed to be fixed. But once she went back to complain about it, all of a sudden, they were scheduled to check something that wasn't fixed properly. But now it's 7 other things that need to be done. Trumped up charges all because his book he wants to protect his son in law if his son in law was such a good person.You wouldn't have to protect him.He was rude to my mom more than one time.And you should be dealing with your customer service and not trying to say that you don't want to fix a vehicle that, you know, for fact i had no check engine lights on.I left with one.Their excuse is, oh you have high mallet so now all of a sudden, that's the issue if I didn't have it when I came in, I shouldn't left with it

I wish there was a 0 star option. Long time customer never coming back. I brought my car in for an oil change everything went good. I noticed a leak coming from under my car, I think to myself maybe its just the oil plug. I call them to double check and to get it fixed. I take it in that weekend for them to work on it. I get a call stating there is an issue my crankshaft seal, okay no problem go ahead and get it fixed. Well today is the third time my vehicle had to go in for the SAME issue. Now one of the front desk guys named Joe did "research" into this issue and found another part that could be helping the crankshaft seal not seal the correct way. Cool thank you for looking into it in depth. But maybe that should have been done the second time? Maybe I'm thinking to logically. So I get the call this morning regarding "NEW" problems with my vehicle due to this continuous oil leak. Since the oil has been leaking so much "I" need to replace my Serpentine belt. I said well that isn't right, I had no issues with the belt before this leak issue? Joe states well I don't think I'm obligated to replace the belt. I said why? this wasn't an issue the day I originally brought my vehicle to you guys. Long story short Joe gets so mad that he tells me fine I'll do it and hangs the phone up with out even saying I'm sorry let us take care of you. I had no issue paying for the oil change and other part to prevent the leak to continue. Just fix the issue that has risen up due to this on going leak you can't figure out until the 3rd time or doing research into it. Pathetic customer service...

I came here because I thought I had a brake problem. These guys are super thorough. I didn't have a brake problem but the rear shocks need to be replaced. Took it to the dealer because they were under warranty. Got a oil change, great price! These guys are very courteous
