Big O Tires

I took my car in to get tires replaced and first of all it was nice they were open on a Sunday! The gentleman that helped me was really nice-- his name was Eduardo and I think he's worked there for a long time. He was very kind with me but I noticed how he interacted with all the customers-- he had friendly, personal conversations with everyone, and also worked to accommodate everyone's oddball requests. He also helped me find the right tires for my long commutes and told me I can come back to have lugnuts put on, but I just appreciated the way he took an interest in people. Thanks Eduardo and Big O Tires!

On this day, I can’t say enough good things about Big O Tires. I stopped in just to have the air checked in my tires, and the sweetest young woman helped me. I’m not sure of her name, but she was absolutely amazing! She welcomed me right away and checked my tires. That’s when we discovered that both of my front tires were completely worn down to the wire. What made this even more important was that I had a very important appointment in Mesa for with my 6-year-old son that day. When they showed me the condition of the tires, it honestly gave me chills thinking about what could have happened if I had driven on the freeway. As a mom, I felt sick to my stomach. The young woman, the manager, and the entire staff were incredibly kind and reassuring. They immediately let me know that it wasn’t safe to drive and even said, “We promise we’re not just trying to make a sale, but you should not take these tires on the freeway. It could be dangerous.” If I could upload the photos, you’d completely understand why they were concerned. Not only did they get me set up with new tires and full service, but they also worked quickly enough to get me back on the road in time for my son’s appointment. While we waited, they offered my son a donut and water, brought me a cup of coffee, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They made my son laugh, showed him some cool things around the shop, and helped keep him entertained while I was having a full-on mom meltdown. 😂 Thank you to everyone who was there that day. You were truly a blessing, and you turned a stressful, scary situation into a much easier experience. Your kindness, honesty, and genuine care meant more than you know.

I’ve been here for awhile because I CHOSE to wait here, so I’ve observed amazing customer service from these guys! I highly recommend coming to Big O Tires in Casa Grande to let these gentleman get you taken care of!

On this day, I was traveling between Tucson and Phoenix pulling my horse trailer (thankfully it was empty), when doing 75 miles an hour down I-10 one of my horse trailer tires blew out, I took the first exit I came to, pulled over to the side of the road and did a Google search for the closest tire shop, the closest one to my location was actually Discount Tire, I reluctantly hobbled my trailer to Discount Tire where I got out and stood in line for 30 minutes with no one even acknowledging that I had walked in, while standing in line I was on the phone with my husband. I asked him to call around to a few other places to see if anyone had any availability. Firestone told him there was no way they were going to get me in and would have to wait till Tuesday, then my husband called Big O Tires, He quickly spoke to Anthony Mitchell, Explained what had happened, and Anthony told my husband to call me back and tell me to come on down that he would make sure that I got taken care of immediately, just as it was my turn to be seen at Discount Tire I walked out the door, got in my truck and slowly made my way horse trailer in tow to Big O Tires. Upon my arrival. Anthony was with another customer, but acknowledged me almost as soon as I walked in the door, he knew exactly who I was, and what I needed, and assured me, he would be with me as soon as possible, Less than 10 minutes later he and I were out on the side of the road, looking at my trailer to get the information off the tires, we went back inside and unfortunately they did not have the tires that I needed, but he made a call and sent another tech out to go pick them up at another location, in just a few short hours and a minor hiccup Anthony and the team at this store made sure that I was back on the road, unfortunately, I do live in Tucson, and would not just be traveling to Casa Grande to come back to this Big O Tires, however, my experience with Anthony and the other team members at this store has made me a Big O Tires customer for life.

Second time taking my car to Big O. I don’t like the way the manger treats the customers (especially if you’re young, or a young female) or his employees He will brush you off. My second experience he told me “I’ve been doing this for 14 years, idk maybe you pushed a wrong button” As if I didn’t know what I was talking about. As if I was doubting his capabilities. I just asked if he could look at my car and see why the AC wasn’t blowing through my vents after the oil change. Did they fix my oil correctly? Yes. It wasn’t about my car, it was about listening and understanding the customers concerns, assuring them you will get it done correctly and with integrity. Not brushing them off or blaming. Other people have had lots of car issues from this place from looking at the reviews and I can definitely see why. Proceed with caution when going to this place. As far as the other employees, everyone else there is pretty decent. RECOMMENDATIONS If you live in CG, please look into M and M Auto Repair in AZ City, Arizona. It’s a bit of a drive but Eric will get you right. He’s local and not a commercial mechanic. He’s good people.
