I brought my car in for a tire repair assuming and preparing to be up sold on getting new tires, they patched my tire did an alignment check addressed my concerns on a noise it was making and checked everything they could to find out the issue, after 2 hours and 2 tests drives to try and locate the problem they found out it was just aging plastics and assured me it wasn't an issue and they didn't charge me a dime for anything. I already had an appointment to get 4 new tires for my truck which they had the best prices on, today was a vibe check they all passed on from the front desk to the manager to the technicians all were above what I expected. After I get the new tires for my truck I'll be getting new tires on my car with them as well. Very good experience and might be the best mechanic shop interaction I've had.
View on GoogleToday I had the pleasure of working with Zak and his team—Steve and Nikolas—at the Casa Grande location on Florence Ave. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They quickly diagnosed an issue with my tire and discovered a nail that could have put my wife at risk as she was traveling out of town today. Zak and his team immediately removed the nail, repaired the tire, and sent me on my way at no cost. Their priority was clearly my family’s safety, and that level of care means everything. I originally purchased my tires from them, and because of their exceptional service and genuine courtesy, I’ll be purchasing my wife’s next set of tires from them as well. If there’s one thing I can say, it’s that Big O Tires came through again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and quality work. Their employees are great people and when you go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one I wish I would have went here instead of the other big tire place down the street which I do not recommend you go to
