The Rustic Wrench

I received a coupon flier in the mail and decided to take a chance on Rustic Wrench for their summer “road trip special” and I’m so glad I did. The service agent was so helpful in explaining the few issues found plus recommended service based on the age of my vehicle. I opted to wait for my service and they made it very comfortable - offering coffee/water and a variety of charging cords. I’m going back next week for some of the recommended service and I’ll be getting a loaner car. Prices are reasonable and they post coupons on their website. Finding a trustworthy car service shop has been a struggle for me in the past, but the Rustic Wrench team has changed my experience completely. Highly recommend!

Came here for the first time because my brakes weren’t sounding so good, and it was the closest shop to my house… but I was very happy that I ended up here, and will continue to come here regardless of where I live. The customer service was top notch, from my initial phone inquiry to the moment I left with my new brakes, and everywhere in between. They performed a full inspection on my vehicle and provided me with a summary of the work needed, and the order of importance for getting these items corrected. I felt zero pressure to have any of the work completed, but they made sure I understood what was needed. They were professional, knowledgeable, and competent. They provided a military discount, which was helpful because as with most people, I am on a budget, and car expenses seem to come at the worst time. I left this shop feeling like I could not have received better treatment anywhere else. Their work was solid, and I will be back for my future vehicle needs. Thanks guys.

I have been a customer of Rustic Wrench for several years. They have performed a wide range of services from routine maintenance to more involved upgrades of my Jeep Wrangler. They have always been good to work with providing good communications, fair pricing and quality workmanship. I have recommended them to others.

I knew the reviews were too good to be true. Long story short, if you're black or a person of color, PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT SHOP. I took my car here to get an oil change and they put the wrong oil in my car. This car hasn't had a check engine light since I bought it. I went to get an oil change after doing an emissions test on my vehicle (which it passed) My cars oil usually has a certain thickness to it and after a week of driving my car after getting an oil change, my check engine light came on. I went to get codes ran on it and it pulled up an issue with the engines oil and VVT system. I thought maybe they didn't put enough oil in my vehicle, came to realize they didn't put the right engine oil in my car. Although they marked down that they put the right oil in, they probably didn't think I was smart enough to know the difference when I checked the dipstick for myself. I should have known because when I walked in I heard the mechanics talking very badly about a customer that just walked out after picking their car up from them. (They were people of color) When I walked in they got super quiet but I had already heard a few negative remarks from them which should have told me not to trust them with my vehicle but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And just because people smile and talk politely to you, does not mean they have good intentions for you. Be wise and take heed of this message. Pick a different shop, somewhere more honest and trustworthy. Have a blessed life.

Fair service and they give you recommendations of what needs to be done. They even put a paper mat on the truck floor to keep it clean and give you water and a snack to go. You have to read the fine print for Oil change special. They will only put 5 quart of motor oil and oil filter change. My truck needed more than 5 quart and they didn’t inform me that I needed more. I checked oil and it was at a minimum (picture included). Nice little things that people do does go a long way. 🙏🏻
