I received a phone call to schedule my 2025 Bronco for a recall for the instrument panel going dark. The person on the phone offered a Saturday appointment. So I scheduled it for Saturday December 13 at 9am. They told me it would take about 2 to 2-1/2 hours to complete the job. I arrived Saturday at about 8:40am and waited to check in. I talked to I assume Noel as that was the name on the desk he was at. He informed me that he didn't know if they had anyone to do the work today. I told him that I received a phone call and they scheduled the appointment. Noel asked if it was a woman, I told him yes. Noel laughed and said oh that's AI. He disappeared for about 5 minutes and then came back and said we only do oil changes in Saturday and we dont have anyone to do the work. If Robert Horne is going to use AI to call and schedule appointments they should make sure they are scheduling for days they have people avaliable, and have a REAL person go back through and verify they have people to perform the work for the appointments. Wasted my Saturday as I had to make plans around the service appointment.

Not sure why it takes 2 hours for an oil change when you're the 1st person in line, and don't need any of the extra things that are offered, but it was a great place, the people are super friendly, and the waiting area is beautiful. I spent my time looking at all the beautiful artwork on display- and the 2 vintage autos!!
View on GoogleBeen taking my truck here for a few years since I moved and they are now closer than San tan ford. Called Robert Horne ford to get an oil change and the coolant flush they recommend the last time i was there and they wanted $170+tax for a full synthetic oil change and $180+tax. I do not remwhat my last oil change cost but i thought thay was stupid high for a oil change so i called san tan ford to do a comparison and because they used to service my truck befor robert horn. Santa tan ford will do the full synthetic oil change for $120 and the coolant flush for $140. Canceled my appointment at Robert Horne and will drive the extra distance to San Tan Ford to save $90. Guess ill be going back to santan from now on.
