I'm from a small town where my mechanic was my mechanic for all my life growing up. As im sure most feel, it's hard to find someone in the services industry to trust. I ran into these guys years ago, and they have taken the place of my small town mechanic without a hitch. Great, honest service you can trust. There are many levels in service, and few meet outstanding. Thank you.
View on GoogleI’ve been a patron of James tire for a long time. I have a Lexus that needs tires and new tpms sensors but they don’t have any way to clone the old sensors. I was told that if they are factory sensors then I won’t need cloning or ID change and after mount and balance I could take them somewhere else to have them do it if they weren’t recognized. That’s not how it’s done. They’re either cloned from the original sensors after removal or entering the ID on the actual sensors and downloading them into the OBD2 port. Sensors have been mandatory on all new vehicles since September 2007. I’m disappointed.
View on GoogleI had a tire repaired here and was told by the owner that it would last “forever.” Within a week, the same tire was leaking again and dropped to 10 PSI. That raises serious concerns about the quality of the repair and the accuracy of what I was told. While they were working on my vehicle, I was speaking with one of the employees when the owner abruptly told me to go inside and said I wasn’t allowed in the shop area. This was communicated in a rude and unprofessional manner, especially considering I had just arrived and was not interfering with anything. Having a tire fail this quickly after a repair is not just inconvenient — it’s a safety issue. I now have to deal with the same problem again and risk being late to work because the repair didn’t hold. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this shop.

View on GoogleBryon the service rep was professional and amazing to watch while fixing the tire. He was nicely tipped for his service. Mike front desk rep a different story... ugh. I didnt bring our car in today to get harrassed by Mike. He laughed sarcastically at me when asked the kind of vehicle. My response FORD, he asked snidley what kind. I couldt remember and told him I didnt know. He would not let it go... kept on and on and on again... Mike please dont harrass and belittle a woman. You are the first opinion in the store, please do better. Thanks, Mary I will pass from returning to James Tire Sales on Apache Trail, from now on my husband will need to do the visiting. Seems men are getting treated better. My vehicle parked in front, window view for Mike, he must not have known the kind as well... OH WELL.
