Little disappointed in what happened today. We bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Horne Hyundai a couple of weeks ago, been hearing a rattle in the back of the car. After checking everything I determined it was the tow hitch and exhaust making the noise. Now. I would have thought that during the inspection before we bought it that it should have been taken care of before we bought it. Instead, it took all of 15 minutes to remove it and a charge of $100. Only good thing is it doesn't rattle anymore.

They will do subpar replacements under warranty resulting in you having to come back later when the same exact issue is happening again but they will refuse to now fix the issue because you didn’t “pay for the replacement” the first time. Stay far away from Horne Hyundai’s service department.
