Checked under the hood for simple ac charge, and the same old dust still remains. like no one did a damb thing, the shrader valves have dust from being untouched, and yet I was charged almost 300 dollars, for an ac check up. canister charge nothing was done after the vehicle was there for an entire day ......I guess it's if they like you or not

I called over a week ago and made “an appointment” for 9:30am on Friday. On the phone I asked how long it took to flush my transmission, I was told a couple of hours. Cool, I can make that work. I go in and asked again how long it was going to take, he said they were very busy and it could take 2-3 hours. I said okay and took a Lyft home. 1:30pm rolls around and my husband asked where my car was, I let him know it was still at the shop. He called an was informed it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half more. Knowing that we have our daughter to pick up from school and my only form of transportation was at their shop, he came home from work. He went and picked up our daughter from school at 2pm. I called at 3:30pm after being quite frustrated that I hadn’t had my vehicle yet and after being put on hold because they were VERY busy I was informed my car is ready. My husband then got a ride from a friend to go pick up my car. What I’m frustrated about is I was not aware this was going to take ALL DAY. I honestly didn’t think I should let them know I would need my car by 2pm because I didn’t think it would take that long. I couldn’t use this place again even if I wanted to… I just don’t have that kind of time. We cant afford for my husband to take off work early. The only plus was the staff was really kind.
