Dave and Julie are incredible people! I usually do all my own work, and realizing my 6.0 needed an expert when I finally couldn’t diagnose the issue, I turned to them. I heard about Dave from one of my coworkers and I’m so glad I did. Dave was respectful and incredibly knowledgeable, I was able to watch and learn as he diagnosed my truck. Within a few minutes he had the issue narrowed down, but he still looked over everything and gave me a few pointers on how to better maintain my truck. Every bit of knowledge he offered had practical experience behind it, and I never felt judged or questioned for my choices thus far chasing the issue. He took the time to understand my issue and make sure any questions I had were answered. I truly wish I had more than one F250 for them to work on, they deserve all the business and exposure they can handle. I can’t recommend them enough! Not only for 7.3 and 6.0 Powerstroke needs, but just getting to meet them and talk with them was a great experience. Not to mention, as soon as I saw the truck he drove I knew he was an expert After having all my injectors replaced by Dave I can’t even express how great of a mechanic he is. I went back and forth between biting the bullet and doing it myself to save some money, or letting the professional handle it. In hindsight I can’t believe I even considered letting anyone but Dave do the work(including myself). He kept me updated the entire time with the little things that had been done wrong before and when he pulled out my #2 injector that was throwing the code he took extra care to figure out WHY that injector failed so it wouldn’t happen again. And by God he did, he showed me the injector cup had been scored and it was causing a little bit of coolant to escape into my cylinder, and whatever shop did the work previously had used the wrong hold downs for the injectors so the proper torque wasn’t achieved. And when my IPR solenoid snapped in half on him because someone cross threaded it, he simply told me and sent me a picture, then proceeded to fight it until he could get it off and make sure my threads could be saved. He taught me what to look for in the future and made sure I understood every step in the process. I don’t think anyone else would’ve taken so much care to make sure my truck would run better than it ever has. He really treats every truck as his own and I can not overstate how much that means to me. To pass the keys and not have any kind of concern is a first for me, if I have any questions or further repairs I already know who I’m going to. Outstanding service ! David and Julie are the real deal! My experience with a difficult situation was made painless and quickly resolved.Even Superdutys need a little attention now and again. The wealth of knowledge they possess is indeed impressive.I have utilized their service a few times and each time after the problems were diagnosed I was given several good options on how to proceed.I was able to ask questions and receive sound advice without being pushed into buying something I did not need. They are very friendly yet professional and easy to deal with. I use their service exclusively for my 2005 Superduty 6.0L. I need it to work properly to haul 33' 5th wheel,which it does flawlessly thanks to David and Julie.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good here. I stopped by the shop and David was very nice. He said he would give me a quote. The next day, Julie let me know that there's a two week wait, which I was okay with. However, she didn't put me on the schedule and hasn't returned my calls. It's been almost a month now. I was excited about the possibility of having a great mechanic for my truck, but I am still searching.
