The customer service at Jim Whaley’s tire Troy is top notch!! I love taking my car there to get it serviced and the technicians never disappoint me. Today I stopped in to have a front end alignment done because my car was pulling to the right. They checked out and got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I give them a 10 every time!!!

They listen to my concerns and spoke and explained things to me like I was a person.I wasn't left feeling like they were just trying to charge me for things "wrong" with my car because I'm a woman as I've experienced in the past. View on GoogleMy water pump went out on my truck while passing through Troy Al. I was recommended to take it to Jim Whaley tires. Once I got there, I was met by the Manager (Drake). He told me that they were getting ready to close up but they had another shop and that he would send me there. He called me a wrecker, and had it towed to his other shop where I spoke with the manger (John). About an 1hour and a half later, I was back on the road. Shout out to these two managers for going above and beyond to get me back up and going in such a short period of time.
