Experience today was awful. I’ve been going to this place for over 2 years. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Too bad the only review you get after over 2 years is because your front counter employee was absolutely terrible today. He didn’t speak to me when I walked up to the counter. I ask for oil change and tire change. He proceeded to tell me unless tire was new they couldn’t install. Okay no problem. The manager came out and was great. He explained why and like I told him, no big deal. However your employee at the front desk was a rude privileged person. If he can’t uphold the service and professionalism I’ve experienced there for over 2 years, we’ll be going to the other shop in town. So I went across town and my issues were addressed. Imagine that! He, and I can’t remember his name, needs to understand in a public facing role, you don’t get to have a bad day. As I am walking out the door, I let him know if he’s having an attitude he should have stayed at home. He then followed me outside to tell me I was just mad because they wouldn’t put the tire on. Unbeknownst to him, the tire being put on was the least of my concern. I’ve been getting that oil changed for 2 years on the car and they’ve been recommending tires ever since. I’ll get them done somewhere else. He’s an older white haired guy with glasses. He needs to retire, call out, or find something else to do for work. Probably somewhere NOT customer facing! Lastly, he needs to have some respect.

I stopped in without an appointment to have my 4 tires mounted. They got me in within 15 minutes and did an excellent job. They had me in and out inside an hour. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

I discovered 2 screws in my front tire as I was about to head out on vacation. I drove to the shop and they got right on it. Had the tire removed from the SUV, removed from the wheel, patched, mounted back on the wheel and installed back on the SUV in a very short time. Great job with a smile on their face.

Had a flat tire on the Enterprise Highway. AAA put on the spare and suggested Jim’s place to go have it checked out before we headed back to Nashville. Arrived with a busy room full of people and he said he would get to us as soon as he could. Didn’t take long, they took great care of us and fixed our tire. Great service!

Love the service they do a great job. Never had an issue and they will help you out not just looking to make a dollar. I would recommend them to anyone. The only reason I didnt go 5 stars is because it does take awhile most times im there but they are always busy and I understand good help is hard to find. With that being said just drop off your vehicle and go next door and get an ice cream they will call when its ready.
