I had a fantastic experience with this company. The only complaint I would have is that there's a wait time on getting your car into the shop. I believe that is just a nature of the beast in the automotive repair industry today. The wonderful part is it was well worth the wait. They were very courteous and prompt and gave me a diagnostic of exactly what was wrong with my car. I was very impressed because they gave me the most important thing you can give to a person trying to make a decision and that is information. I was able to make an informed decision because of the manner in which they conduct business. They diagnosed what was wrong the car and gave me different levels of repair to get my car going which reflected different price ranges. They gave me the least I could do to repair the car to actually get it running and then they gave me what would be the best practice based on their suggestion to get the car running. That's important in this economy because sometimes you have to take the bare minimum to survive and do the extra repairs at a later date. In the end it didn't matter because even their best suggestion to get it repaired was extremely affordable and reasonable. My car is running fantastic now. I will be doing all my business in the future with this company. I would suggest you stop in and give them a try.

One Shot recently serviced my Expedition; new brakes, transmission service, and oil change. They are not only fairly priced, but do quality work with a fast turnaround time. They are the only mechanic in town I trust to shoot me straight.

View on GoogleHaving a serious issue with my vehicle, I was told that diagnosing the problemwould be a couple of weeks out. That part wasn’t an issue. However, when I asked about leaving the vehicle earlier to avoid driving it and risking further damage, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response. I was told they had too many vehicles on the lot and that it wasn’t allowed, but the way it was communicated was unnecessarily disrespectful. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. Customer service matters, especially when someone is already dealing with a stressful situation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.
