I was traveling from north Alabama with my camper on the way to the beach when we had a blowout. We put the spare on and limped to this location and arrived around 4pm. They were extremely understanding of our situation and worked quickly get me 4 new tires and put the spare back on the bumper. We were out of there within an hour and what could be been a vacation ender was merely a side adventure for our trip. Highly recommend them!

Today, I went in for my tire balance and rotation and the technician did a full inspection of our Mercedes as part of the free service. Since we are headed out on vacation with a long drive, it was very much appreciated! The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and most courteous. If you’re looking for a home for tire purchases and services, Jim Whaley tires has my highest recommended.

I got there early and it wasn’t a problem, I was able to sit and wait for my car to be finished. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them!
