OK Used Tires

The guy working at the used tire side was really nice and very helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we're told we were after the job he was working on so we rode to get something to eat. When we came back, someone that came after us was pulled in so we had to wait even longer. Other than that, a pleasurable experience.

Just want to give a shout out to the guys at Ok Used Tires! I visited my daughter in Decatur, and my tire was flat when I went to leave. The tire was dry rotted, so I couldn't fix it myself. I took it to Ok, and was able to replace three dry rotted tires on my van with great quality used tires. I didn't have the funds to replace with new tires. The guys there were very knowledgeable, and got me going in a short amount of time. One of my tires was in great condition, and they pointed that out. They said that I didn't need 4 tires, just 3. They could have sold me 4, but they aren't trying to rip people off. They are just trying to keep us rolling down the road for the best price available. I will definitely give them my business again in the future, and let all of my family and friends know that they take good care of you there.

May take some time to get in but shane has always done a Excellent job on all my tire needs. Take time to make sure everything is set just right and you can tell he take extra care of vehicles and the tires. Would definitely recommend.

At first glance, this place seems amazing. The tire prices are great, even for well-known brands. However, we bought a Goodyear tire and had to go back a week later because it had a slow leak which, to their credit, they fixed for free. They said everything was fixed, and the next week we had to go back AGAIN for yet another small leak. This time, we were made to pay for the repair of a faulty tire that they had sold us. Not happy. The staff is nice enough, but I won’t be back due to bad quality products. We could’ve bought a new tire for the price we paid to purchase and repair the used one.

I've used OK Tire for tires, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs, for about 15 years. Customer service is always good at this business. Never had a bad experience, or been misled, or over-charged. One of the best places to do business in Decatur.
