I had a great experience at Minor Tire! I discovered a nail in my tire and had never dealt with getting a tire patched before, so I called to explain the situation. The team was incredibly helpful and told me to come right in. They got my vehicle back quickly and made the entire process stress-free. I also had my almost 2-year-old son with me, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. They didn't mind him exploring the waiting room and even gave him a little duck to play with, which made his day! About 30 minutes later, my tire was patched, my keys were back in hand, and I was on my way. Fast service, friendly staff, and excellent customer care. I highly recommend Minor Tire and will definitely be back for any future tire needs!

To ALL the staff at Minor Tire...I can not thank you enough for your help last Saturday!!. You guys went above and beyond to get my tire fixed on the first day of my vacation. While traveling from KY to FL, my air pressure slowly decreased which left me in a slight panic since I was traveling with two of my small grandkids in the car. Once I got to a gas station just a few miles away, I called Minor Tire and they were able to fix my tire right before closing! Your customer service and the guys in the shop and all so great. It is greatly appreciated this day and age to find people that really care about service. DECATUR, you have a wonderful tire and wheel business that I would highly recommend! Kevin and the guys at Minor tire are top notch! I was traveling through Alabama and hit road debris and blew out 2 tires and busted both wheels. Kevin went above and beyond to help me and my family get back on the road safely and as soon as possible. Highly recommend Minor for any of your needs. Above and beyond. My brother hit something on his way to visit for Thanksgiving and destroyed his tire and dented the rim. We decided to buy a new rim but the dealership couldn’t get a new rim for a week. Minor went above and beyond to put a new tire on the old rim so he could use it as a spare for the trip back home. They were able to swap it out immediately while I waited. I snooped around a little bit watching the workers and they were all very professional and I could tell they take pride in their work. I appreciated watching them help an older gentleman in the parking lot air his tire back up and a young man and his business partner getting new tubes on their skid steer. Looks like they do anything and everything big or small. Lots of aftermarket wheel options in their showroom. Super impressed with everything, will come back again!

Outstanding customer service. I brought my tire in for repair expecting to leave it with them. They said I could wait the technician was going to repair it now, 10 minutes and I was on my way and they didn't even charge for the repair.
