Oil X Change

Excellent customer service even though I didn't need an oil change today. These guys helped identify an oil leak, topped off the rear differential, and had me on my way. Fast, friendly, and affordable service. Highly recommend for your oil change and fluid top offs in Buffalo!

We’re very happy we took our Class A RV to Jake’s shop to get an oil change. Him and his team were very kind, professional, and thorough. We appreciated that they checked the tire pressure for us as well. Perfect and convenient stop for us as we were traveling through.

These guys were super nice and took care of me like it was their own personal vehicle. They even helped me with another small issue unrelated an oil change. They were very personable and even gave my two dogs a treat. I live in Casper but will be back to these great people.

The new owner (since 2021), Jake, is an angel 🕊️. My alternator died 40 miles south of Buffalo on i25 and i was really stuck. Tried AAA a few towing and repair shops and everyone was either closed or busy (AAA wanted to schedule a towing in a few days 🤦). I had my oil changed at oil x change back in 2019 with the previous owner and I had a good experience. I remembered them being honest so as a last ditch effort i called. I talked Jake through the problem and he said that if i couldn't get a tow or figure it out in a few hours when his shop closed he'd bring me a battery and help me limp back into town. Well after his shop closed he did me one better. he picked up an alternator at the auto parts, drove it down and replaced it on the side of the highway and IN THE RAIN 🦾. After a quick jump my car was good as new. i can't recommend jake and oil x change enough. they really saved our bacon 🥓. Seriously. Get all of your work 🛠️ done here.

I was in Buffalo for a few hours between camp sites in the Big Horns and had a small issue with my car. I did NOT need an oil change but the staff immediately recognized my minor issue and were able to fix it completely at no charge to me. I tipped the guy who did it generously. Great people, thanks Buffalo!
