Oh so much to say! I had a problem with my car vibrating at highway speeds and the tire light always on that another shop just couldn't get right. My advisor, Stacey, listened to my concerns and worked with the technicians to solve everything. I left with a car that's as smooth as glass on the highway and no more annoying tire light on when my car's tires were not the problem! Their road Force balance machine really does an exceptional job balancing wheels! I had never heard of this machine before! I brought in my 2008 Toyota Matrix to get a once over before I gift it to a friend needing a reliable vehicle! It was in still good shape but still needed tire censors, tire rotation, brakes checked, & the oil changed. I had the car back within 3 hours! Thanks!! Waukegan Tire in Kenosha is an excellent one stop shop for car service and repairs! I was there today and I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla with over 250,000 miles on it. It is in pretty good shape so I’m hoping it can last couple of more years. They fixed my brakes, replaced my battery and fixed a tire pressure warning light promptly and with ease. The cost was also less than an estimate that I was given a couple of weeks earlier by another shop. I’ve been in Kenosha for almost 8 years now and I’ve been looking for a place like Waukegan Tire for years. So glad they are here and so glad that I found them!! Being the owner of an older car, I know I’ll need them in the future!! Gives me great peace of mind! Love them!! And, thank you Robert for the great service!!
