Bought a truck from Auto Electric and had a shift linkage go out on a trip to Chelan. Jerry drove the needed part that was only available in Yakima all the way to Chelan on a Saturday. Would definitely recommend.

Had some issues with my push button starter took took it here to auto electric fixed it right away then my starter acted up right after that took it back and they took care of it at no xtra cost I highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service and Michelle is awesome…

Let me start by saying I work on my vehicles 99% of the time. On occasion if I’m being lazy or can’t figure something out I search for a reputable shop. I went to two different businesses with my brake issue and both places were either trying to con me or had no idea what they were talking about. I heard about auto electric and read their reviews. I decided to stop in and talk to them. I explained my problem and he knew immediately what the issue was but wanted to make sure. I dropped my truck off a few days later and within a few days they called me and found the brake issue and the source of an oil leak I have been chasing for longer than I would like to admit. Since the truck is older (2002) new parts aren’t always available for it so I located a repair shop and shipped the module out for repair. Once I got the part back they went back to work and replaced the worn out parts. There were a few issues with the reman’d oil pump, so the tech got the parts store to pay for an upgraded pump and that fixed the oil leak. The abs module wasn’t communicating correctly and after having the module checked by the repair shop again (module was functioning as it should) the tech located the issue. He knew the speed sensor was recently replaced and was able to warranty it for a new one. He also replaced two input shaft seals for the transfer case. The truck sat at their shop for quite a while, they offered to let me pick it up and use it while we’re waiting on parts but I declined. They had no issue with it sitting there and kept it behind their shop where it couldn’t be messed with. Their communication was top notch, they diagnosed the issue quick and provided a detailed explanation along with the associated costs. There were no surprises and the prices were agreeable. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you.

Let’s start with the basics. I make a call Charlie (tech) answers the phone. I explain to him that my Jeep has been dead for a year. I explained we have literally and figuratively replaced every single thing to try and figure out why it will crank but won’t start to include the distributor. Charlie says well here’s what the cost will be to diagnoses and if I have to check every module this is what it will cost. I said Let’s do it! I drop it off, Charlie calls me within a hour and says I have it running but it’s rough and here’s what I’ve found. Some flipped wires. Some connectors not connecting. This man literally brought back to life my jeep after a full year. I stopped by to check on the progress just to find out he had broke his foot. Even that didn’t stop this man from fixing my jeep. After a short period of time he made some repairs and called to say it’s fixed. I come pay the bill and drive it home. A couple days later I call him back and say we have lost spark again and all we did was wire the lume. He said bring it back I’ll look at it my time for free. Within another hour this man has it running again and even stayed late just for me. I can’t tell you how happy I am. I can’t even explain how much I would recommend this company for anything mechanical as they not only do electrical the do everything automotive. Charlie, you deserve to be blessed beyond for the amazing skills you have and the abilities you are capable of doing. Thank you so much for taking the time to fix my jeep.

From the 1st moment of my call to Michelle, to meeting Jerry and having a good chat and then talking with Charlie and coming up with a solution for my problem, I had a great experience all around. Iwould recommend Auto Electric to everyone!
