I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, communication was excellent throughout the process, and they got my brakes fixed quickly. The price seemed fair, and I appreciated that they kept me informed.
What really earns my trust, though, is a previous visit. I brought my car in with an air conditioning issue, and it turned out to be just a dial adjustment. Even though they took the time to diagnose the problem, they didn’t charge me. That kind of honesty is hard to find and is why I keep coming back. I’d definitely recommend them.

The AC hadn’t worked consistently for over a year, so it was time to get it looked at. With just a phone call, the team took my car in the next day. I received updates via text messaging and knew what to expect-no surprises. Very professional. In the end they were kind enough to address a burned out lightbulb. I can’t believe it took me so long to get this done. I highly recommend!
View on GoogleA friend recommended I bring my Audi here since I thought it might be time to get new brakes. We called and were able to take the car in the very next day. John was so kind and honest and after taking an extensive look at my car, he called to let me know that my brakes were totally fine and still have life in them and don’t need to be replaced. Some other mechanic shops would’ve just said they need to be replaced so that they could make some money off of me so I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future and highly recommend AIR Import Repairs for anyone else.
View on GoogleI recently took my car in to get my transmission done.\nThe diagnostic reader was telling me that solenoids A and B, where malfunctioning, and having electrical problems.If you look these codes up there are multiple things that need to be addressed anywhere from adding more fluid. Letting some fluid out rewiring, changing the solenoids, looking for blockages and so forth well, I was told that I just needed a new transmission. So trusting John, knowing him for over 20 years and having worked for Toyota.Yes, he worked for Toyota.If you didn't know that and I have a lexus that he is very familiar with. He had my car for over a month.\nAnd I gave him a list of things that he should have already known , but I wanted an itemized receipt, knowing that he did all these. I mean, hell, if I'm getting a new transmission, everything should be new that's going with it, not just putting old parts back on with it. Well, needless to say, I did not get an itemized receipt. My car's doing the exact same thing. It did when I brought it in same codes and everything. When you look in the car, it doesn't even look like it's been taken out, still looks the same dirty. One that was in there to begin with. So it makes me wonder if it was even done at all, but let me tell you something else.\n The cover to my engine was in perfect condition. When I went in and when they returned it to me, they broke off the top of it and said they never knew where it was or where it went. I mean , that was the end of story like they were just gonna leave it at that. I'd have to say that I'm at the least disappointed as I paid a lot of money to have.\n Nothing done in my car kept for a month.\n With no explanation to what they did or anything. So I guess this says to everyone out there. Make sure you're taking pictures Before & After. And noting everything that's going on Before & After, because this shop seems to be just like any other shop. Now, you can't trust anybody (not even someone you have known personally for 20 years and been loyal to them) and nobody cares about quality or customer service anymore. It's just all about the Benjamins, and How much money can I get from somebody and make them think that we did a whole bunch of work and get them to come back again by leaving things half done, we're not done at all.\n One other note they rewired my alternator and just left the wires completely exposed after they crimped them together, so rain and all anything else debris could get inside of it and ruin it. I would definitely say, take your transmission.Somewhere else as these guys don't know what they are doing
