Cant say enough great things about this shop. Had my 4runner taken to another shop where I was told I had $4000 worth of things that needed immidiate attention, so i came to Total Performance for a 2nd opinion and had an actual honest inspection. The repairs in question werent as dire as I was told they were and they only recommended 2 things I could take care of, when I have time to do them. Also, id like to note, they charged me $90 for a pre-purchase inspection, which goes over everything and most other shops i called were $250 or more. Just due to the honesty, transparency, great customer service and cost, I wont be going anywhere else for any and all future work on my truck. Highly, highly recommend!!

These guys are fantastic! Really made the whole process painless. Great deals and connected me with an awesome finance company. They really care and have helped me with any issues I encountered after driving off the lot. I absolutely love my renegade! Not your typical used care dealership, they care and are trustworthy! I went to this auto shop expecting the worst and walked away with the best. They are more than amazing. Worked with me on price. Fixed everything that needed to be fixed and also were the most kind and polite people I have ever talked to. They genuinely gave me a peace of mind for me and my son's safety. We had broke down on the freeway after buying my car and they inspected it and fix the crank shaft position sensor and timing belt along with some other minor things. I love this shop and will continue to go to them for any maintenance or repairs I need. 😊 Ps. There's a reason they're top rated. 💯

Took my truck in for some major repairs. They were very thorough in their diagnostic and repairs. John was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. Not the cheapest shop in town, but very reasonable. And the confidence in their work is worth every penny. Big thanks total performance team, my truck is running better than when I got it 80k miles ago. Would highly recommend to anyone.
