Luis and Cliff are the front desk guys that are very cool and make you feel comfortable with there transparency and very knowledgeable with parts and diagnosis of my Audi SQ5. View on GoogleThis place is amazing! They were 1/3 the cost of the dealer for our repairs on our 2013 Passat with 98k miles, their communication was superior! Luis and Cliff the counter guys were so informative and showed us videos of our repairs, my husband is a heavy duty mechanic and knew all the lingo of what they were doing and what they fixed. They even called to say our car arrived safe and sound off the tow truck upon arrival, I was like WHAT?!! Puyallup VW didn't even do that!!! . My husband and I were highly impressed with the quality of workmanship, honesty and integrity of this shop! Lastly, we went out to the car to leave and found they replaced lost knob they controled our mirrors, we were so surprised!!! Highly recommend!
