Titus-Will Service & Tire

For my 2019 Honda CRV, Titus-Will Service & Tire at 616 Broadway in downtown Tacoma has been awesome! Today was my 3rd visit for an emergency repair of a headlight, as you know, driving the dark with a non-functioning head lamp in WA state can result in a traffic stop with a substantial fine. With one phone call yesterday, I was able to get a 10 AM service appointment and now have a fully functional headlight for a low cost that shocked me in a good way. The other 2 times were for standard maintenance. The staff is very friendly, and the waiting area is bright with places to sit with tables and free WI-FI that works well if you want to get work done while you wait. There is vending, and free coffee and well kept restrooms. This experience has been much better than my last at a different Titus-Will Ford dealer. Went in for service on air conditioner. I explained what was wrong with the ac. Car was there for two days and when ready was being charged $900. I gave it a test before paying and sure enough, the issue had not only not been fixed but also not properly diagnosed. Unfortunate, but I won’t be returning again. Not even for an oil service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Titus-Will on Broadway—this experience truly restored my faith in car dealerships. I went in to have my thermostat replaced, and 10 minutes after I left, my vehicle was making a brand-new noise that it had never made before. While driving home, I realized they were already closed, but I decided to call anyway—figuring the worst-case scenario would be leaving a voicemail. To my surprise, someone actually answered even though they were off. The woman who answered immediately got me connected with my service writer, Georgia, whom I had already worked with earlier that day as well as she was familiar what my initial needs were when I came in. I explained to Georgia that this new noise had only started after the thermostat replacement and that I was really concerned—especially since funds are tight for my family right now, as I am currently 8 months pregnant and preparing for a new baby. Georgia didn’t hesitate. Her and her team went above and beyond in a way I have never experienced. The very next morning, they had someone drive a loaner car out to me, free of charge, for as many days as needed, and drove my vehicle back to the shop to figure out what was going on. At first, they couldn’t recreate the noise—but they didn’t give up. They even asked if their foreman could drive my vehicle home overnight to see if he could experience what I was hearing. Not only did he experience it, but he recorded the sound and sent it to me to confirm it was the exact issue I was concerned about. It turned out to be my brakes. I again expressed my concerns about the cost, given our current financial situation. That’s when Georgia told me something I still can’t believe—they would take care of my brakes completely, covering both parts and labor, simply to make sure that myself and my growing family are safe. I am genuinely blown away by the generosity, care, and integrity of this dealership. I have never had so many positive things to say about a car dealership in my life. This is hands down the best Titus-Will location, and I will absolutely drive out of my way from now on to come here. They don’t just appreciate your business—they truly care about your needs, your concerns, and your family’s safety over payment. We love our almost-20-year-old Ford Escape and still depend on it daily for our business. It's always a bummer when something goes wrong, and two weeks ago something did. Our alternator wasn't working any longer, and we brought the car to Titus-Will Service and Tire Center on Broadway. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. In addition to a new alternator, they noticed that the ignition coils were in bad shape and needed replacing. Their communication was consistent and professional, which we really appreciated. I was so impressed with their service and the fact that they've been operating out of that downtown location for over 80 years that I asked for a full shop tour for our homeschool group. They treated all the kids to a fun and educational experience. I highly recommend this family owned service center that's been keeping drivers in the Tacoma area on the road since the 1930s.

Great place always get my cars oil change done here. Very quick and friendly. I don't mind waiting at the dealership since there's great views and usually end up walking around Tacoma while I wait for my oil change. They also have a great used old car collection. I've gotten my oil change at most of the Titus Will's but always go here since the customer service is top notch and you can't beat being downtown with a nice drive back home.
