Went last Saturday. Showed up 15 minutes early and was 3rd in line. They told me they were short staffed and it would be a little over an hour. Waited 2 hours for my oil change. After the second hour I walked out to see if it was ready and was treated w/ annoyance by the staff, who repeated they were short staffed. I then saw my car being driven towards the car wash. Except the girl driving it was busy with the window rolled down talking & laughing with another employee. No sense of urgency. And I watched her drive off honking my horn non stop. Finally when I got into my "rinsed off" and still wet car, I drove home and found two deep scratches near my passenger side rear view mirror. So that sucked. They also text and call you nonstop to leave reviews. So here's my review!
