Was out driving when my master caution light came on. I returned home as soon as possible and called South Tacoma Mobile Mechanic. Arron answered right away ( 2 other places I had called said they would get back to me as soon as possible) and was at my residence in about 45 minutes. Ran all the diagnostic checks with no errors indicated. As I was in need of a tune up and oil change I scheduled with him for the next day. He showed on time, got the work done, reset the light and was on his way. Very pleased with everything as I feel sitting waiting for car repairs is the world's biggest waist of time. If I ever need hios services again I will not hesitate to call him.

Avoid this mechanic! He is a fraud and highly unprofessional. He made me purchase unnecessary part and then ghosted me. I should have listened to the previous comments. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I was out of town and called South Tacoma Mobile Mechanic to change the oil in my wives car, check her tpms sensors, and reset the maintenance reminder. My wife was leaving to go pick up our son, took another car and left the vehicle there. They told her they didn't need her keys. Which means after the oil change they didn't check for leaks, they did not check tpms sensors ( they just needed to be recalibrated ) and they did not reset maintenance reminder.

Called on a weekend and they answered when no other shops were, I was happy about that and I texted them my info but they kept pushing back when they would come and said they would come over the weekend because I needed my car for work Monday, then they said they would come on Monday and never came or contacted me. The people I spoke to on the phone were nice I guess they just were busy. I ended up fixing it myself.
