I was driving by at like 6:30 in the morning and saw a man out there pulling out the jacks getting ready to open the store. I pulled in because my tire was about to fall off..... He had me leave it there and he fixed the ball joint before it completely broke... The price was average but they had it done by the end of the day..... Highly recommend this place!!
View on GoogleThe lady at the front desk is so incredibly rude. She has been so rude, for such a long time, she probably doesn't even know how rude she is. She is an abysmal, atrocious person to talk to, every time she answers the phone. UGH! And the derelict that does the alignments has a massive, massive anger problem. I promise you, (the owner) people absolutely avoid your shop because of these two people.

View on GoogleWent to s&s tire today to get my daughter's car front end aligned and they are so honest that she didn't need a front end alignment so they didn't charge her for one. I thought that was incredibly cool of them.

There was a squeaking issue with one brake after installation, and after two more visits, I think we got it resolved (pad defect). Ken and Tina are awesome, and they truly want to take care of their customers. I highly recommend!
