Scam. I went in for an alignment and they made up all kinds of reasons to fix the tide rods before alignment, so I took it to Firestone and they did it with no problem. There's nothing wrong with my tide rods. The only reason I took it to precision tune because they advertised $99 for alignment. I decided not to do it because they want to charge me more than $500 before they can align my front wheels. I decided not to do it with them, they charged me $59 because they lifted my car up. The Firestone mechanic said Precision Tube didn't even touch the screws on vehicle.

I have never been so comfortable in an auto repair shop. They Never talk to me like a know nothing female. They Helped me navigate my warranty on my new vehicle and even helped me weigh the options if I should return the vehicle or keep the vehicle the mechanic gave the full honest opinion and I just cannot recommend them enough.

I came in for 2 services (power steering check and oil change). First thing they tried to up sell me. I agreed to a small upgrade (synthetic oil). 2 hours later I got my car back. They test drove the car around the block and the steering was fine so they charged me 89$ for that. Then they tried to tell me I had several oil leaks that estimate at over 1k$. I paid and left. I happen to work for a fleet maintenance shop and this is my personal truck I drive to work. So I am very aware of it's condition and needs. It does not have an oil leak. So I wont be going back. And the power steering was an electrical short.
