I brought the car to them for a transmission oil change and they did the engine oil change instead. Had to set up another appointment and spend extra $ on the actual change. Well, the guy at the counter said that they’d fix my car for the same price as grease monkey the next time I was due for oil change since I had been a regular at Grease Ms. Went back for the scheduled oil change- they didn’t bother to honor the promise and better still, they couldn’t find my old records there. Fix your records before your fix the engine folks. I’m not going back to these guys. Disappointed

They do some amazing work here, high quality and they do not cut corners. Before I brought my vehicle in it was bumpy and all over the road. After getting my steering and wheels serviced, my truck drove like new! Can't thank these guys enough for doing a stellar job!

Excellent and professional service. The transmission in my work truck suddenly broke and I needed it repaired quickly. I had it towed to Parkland Transmission where Jim was able to quickly assess the damage and provide a quoted right away. They were able to fully rebuild the transmission in just a few days. Now the truck is 100%. Customer service, professionalism and high quality work is very important to me as both a business owner and consumer.
