Let me start off viewing by saying this is the second time I have been to the shop shame on me for not giving them a five star review the first time because frankly I forgot to lol. This time around, I’m not gonna forget. I have a very rare car and thank goodness they’re willing to work on it a 2020 i3s. Before you ask what it is let me just tell you it is a carbon fiber electric go kart on steroids and you should totally own one. Because they are so rare parts are hard to come by, but I wanted to get shocks on mine because the ride is not the softest by any stretch of the imagination. I bought my shocks from a place in England so it took forever to get them and then I had to find somewhere to install them and this place was willing to do the labor even though I bought the parts from somewhere else. They know that this is a rare car and they actually appreciated that fact and were comfortable doing just the labor because it is such a rare car. They understood how hard it would be for me to do anything else and I love them for that. The car now drives like an $80,000 dream and I owe it again to the installation expertise from Northwest auto work. You absolutely better believe I will be there a third time in the future for whenever my car needs service and I highly recommend them for anything. As an added bonus is that they also let you keep all the parts and I was able to sell them on a Facebook group even though I was planning on using the parts to turn into furniture because hey if you want my old parts, you’re more than welcome to them if you’re gonna give me cold hard cash :-)

My first BMW experience was while living in England, and ever since then, it has been hard to step away from the brand. When you understand these vehicles, you realize how important it is to have mechanics who truly know what they are doing. I have used dealership service departments, and while they are fine, I have always preferred supporting business owners I can trust to provide honest, quality work at a fair price. Living abroad, that level of trust and relationship with independent shops was the norm, and it is something I value highly. Marlon and Spencer at NW Autoworks have consistently delivered exactly that. They have always come through when I needed maintenance or repairs, and what stands out most is their honesty. They will not recommend replacing parts just to make a buck. If something still has a year or two of life left, they will tell you. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about how they operate. They stay busy, which says a lot about their reputation, but scheduling has never been an issue. The work is done right, the pricing is fair, and you leave with confidence in your vehicle. Quality you can trust. Highly recommended.

The Owner Marlon has integrity. The pricing is fair and he is genuinely honest. I had a mechanic in GH give me a list of things that were wrong with my BMW with the cost of $6000 to fix it- I found out about Marlon on Google so I took it to Northwest auto for a 2nd opinion- and there was nothing wrong with the car at all. he could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation and come up with a few things to do but he was totally honest —. This is a jewel of a mechanic. I don’t normally post ratings, but he and his shop deserve five stars. I will only take my car in to this shop moving forward.

Best shop I have ever been to in my life. The owner is so patient and responded to all my questions and charged me a EXTREMELY reasonable and fair price to fix my BMW x3. I will never go to another shop. While I was getting 17-22k quote most places to get my car fixed- Marlen only charged me 4.5k out the door and my car has never run better. I am beyond thankful for running across this shop and working with them. Honest, reliable and fantastic work. Not to mention VERY FAIR pricing. Thank you thank you thank NW Autowork! I am so happy to have found a mechanic I can trust. If you are trying to find a primary mechanic for your car especially a place that focuses on foreign vehicles this is the place hands down.

Phenomenal. Don’t take your car anywhere else. I almost didn’t leave a review, just to attempt to gate keep how great this place is, and hopefully have a slightly shorter wait the next time I need to bring my car in for service. Marlon is an absolute champion of men. If you’re disappointed when bringing your car here, you are the problem.
