They moved across the street, but Google Maps doesn't know that yet. The old location had little cubicles and areas for waiting, it wasn't brand new but it was nice. If you had kids with you, you could go in a small room and let them play, there were a few different tvs & areas to charge your devices. They had coffee, snacks like crackers and granola bars and water available. Someone was there to greet you as soon as you came in the door. The experience this time was awkward. I walked in didn't know if it's open, nobody to greet me, no clear signs or directions to check in. New location has one large expansive area with tables. It's not clear where to check in, at all. In fact the desk is in another glass enclosed area, far over to the left where they store tires so the smell is, well, just what tires smell like. You can't really see the person sitting at the desk behind the wall from the entrance. Great planning. There's an empty fridge where maybe they put water sometimes? If you're getting a vehicle serviced here I hope you like worship music, they have Christian radio pumped through the waiting area singing about God and Jesus, so there's that. Right before closing they filled the fridge with water bottles. It took a little over an hour for my oil change. There were 2 other people waiting at the same time as me. Afterwards the attendant came over and very politely explained what service was provided, the overall custom of tires and suggested I make an appointment for a free oil leak check with the main service center. He was very courteous and handed me my keys. Hopefully this oil change works out better than the last one I had here. The last time I got my oil changed here (old location) they tightened the bolt on the oil pan so hard that the repair shop had to cut the whole pan off and replace with a new one. The repair shop asked what I had said to the guy who changed my oil to make him so mad. He said I must have pissed him off as he's never seen that before. Interesting. When I made the appointment this time the scheduler was friendly and said she would note it. I mentioned it to the attendant when I came in for my appointment, no apology, just a vague- oh. I did eventually find the coffee.

1 1/2 hours past my appointment time and my car still hasn’t been pulled back to get the oil change. My appointment was at 12 they told me if I got here earlier it would get done fast. So I’ve been here for a total of an hour and still don’t have my car back

I've sat here for an hour past my oil change appointment and my car has yet to be pulled around. Arrived 12:10. Appointment 12:20 Car moved 1:18 Car given back 1:53 They're down a bay today which is apparently throwing a wrench in the plans. If I'd known, I'd have rescheduled for a more prompt appointment. UPDATE: A couple months ago I took my jeep back in for an oil change and to see if there was a chance that the last time I went in was a fluke. It wasn't a fluke, it seems to be the new norm. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and checked in, gave my keys to the lady at the desk. She told me it would be about an hour. Great, no problem. I sit for an hour and start to look around for someone bringing my car back around. I watched a guy grab my keys, he was actually going to move the car to finally take it in for the oil change. I decided to go wait outside where I was met by a representative who had noticed I'd been waiting "a while." I told him what was happening and he apologized multiple times and tried to go see if he could get the guys to move it a little quicker. My "quick" oil change took 1 hour and 55 minutes from my appointment time to being finished. I did get a free car wash though, but I'm pretty sure it's for the brown bear car wash that uses brushes to scratch up your paint, so I won't be using that either.
