Took my car in for an EVAP valve replacement. Ended up with more problems than I started with. After “repair” I was no longer able to pump my gas. Took the car to a shop and they found the plug still on the part (it was suppose to be removed) and the canister damaged (the hose connection part that connects to the EVAP valve) it’s completely loose causing a leak when it’s suppose to be stuck firm in place. Now I’m paying more out of pocket repairs for a simple $20 part. I contacted after and first they didn’t reply until I sent multiple messages and called various times. After sharing that this was a follow up to the repair they did, I was left without a reply.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I am beyond angry with the quality of work they provided. I trusted this shop to do a basic alternator repair and instead got one of the most careless, unprofessional “fixes” I’ve ever seen. After continuing issues, I took my car to another shop for a diagnostic (no repairs were performed), and they found that the alternator mounting bracket had been BROKEN and then “repaired” using JB Weld instead of being properly replaced. Even I, an idiot with cars, know you do not EVER use JB WELD FOR THIS! Their exact finding was: “On further inspection found alternator mount has been JB welded as it has been broken from previous repair. Will need alternator bracket along with replacing alternator.” A structural, load-bearing component that is under constant belt tension was essentially glued back together and sent out the door as a “repair.” Unsurprisingly, the alternator has now completely failed and there is no output. I am now stuck paying for both a new alternator AND a new bracket because the original job was done incorrectly. My wife who is pregnant and uses this as our commuter car for our three girls broke down in this car. Thankfully, when the car broke down again, she was safe, but I can only imagine how bad it could've been. This isn’t just a mistake. it’s a shortcut that never should have been taken on a customer’s vehicle. Anyone with basic mechanical understanding knows that is not an acceptable or safe repair. I requested a refund and they were rude. I am considering taking them to small claims due to their incompetence and neglect. I have zero confidence in this shop standing behind what they did. If you value your car, your money, and not having to pay twice for the same repair, go somewhere else. I would have been better off financially had I just gone into the dealership. Now, I am $4,000 dollars in the hole due to their idiocy.

Previously hired them to change Water Pump on SUV 4 months ago charged me $700 with parts and labor, no complaints besides expensive. My other vehicle also needed a water pump replacement . Charged me $600 for parts and labor. Took the tech 7 hours to change water pump. I was told their earliest availability to finish the water pump job (did not have compression kit) would be 3 days later. The next day I notice GASOLINE LEAKING from my car. I told them about the leak the very next day and heard nothing back. 3 days pass I hear nothing from them. On the 4th day I hire another guy to inspect my gasoline leak. It turns out the tech punctured my gasoline fuel line with his jack. I told them about it and I had to have a long exchange of messages before I received a partial refund ($300) . Now I’m left with fixing their mess. I never got the sense that they were looking out for me or my vehicle. They brushed this off as a “bad day on the job” but people could have died. They offered to fix but honestly who would trust it?

It was 2 months ago; my car's 12v finally died after 17 years of dedicated service. I called them Sunday afternoon at like 4pm, and they drove down to Tacoma from Seattle in the rain to replace my 12v battery. It took them 30 minutes and my car has been running very well since then. Thank you guys again!
