Memo's Used Tires and Wheels

Guys in the shop seemed nice, but make sure to price check before purchase. I researched some tires online beforehand and went into the store to see if they had a better deal. After showing me tires that were identical to the ones I found online in brand and size, I was told they charged exactly double what I could purchase them for online. I understand markup and supporting a small business, it 100% markup on tires is insane. And this was for some off-brand, generic tires at that. And yes, I am leaving a review though I did not purchase anything. I work in the industry and let’s be real, a used tire shop is often a last minute stop for someone in need that may not know better. Shooting a 100% markup off the hip is predatory towards those people. Just because I did not buy doesn’t mean people shouldn’t be aware of that. I did visit the business, and I was told that was the price. That’s not cool.

Guellermo and his Father have always been fair priced and provide amazing service and top notch work and always take care of their customers. It’s an hr drive for me now but I will always make the trip to Tacoma to purchase my new wheel and tire packages through them. They set me up on my last truck brand new 35” mud tires and brand new 22x12 weld wheels with new matching lug nuts for an insane deal. I tell everyone I know to hit up this place because I’ll never forget the times they have came in clutch.

We had a tire blow out and we drove 10 miles on the rim to be able to get any kind of help and these guys were awesome and helped us out with a great tire with the best deal that we could possibly ask for blessed to have them be there when we needed it

I got all 4 new tires, wheels and tire pressure sensors replaced. Their prices were great!!! The staff here are excellent. I was impressed by Junior and the staffs friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. They kept me updated as to the progress of the work and were very informative about what needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner, I will definitely use their services again.

(Trung Ly post) To reply. Don’t make up the BS. If your employee posted the wrong price then say that. If you are unorganized thats already bad business. You said over the phone you wouldn’t take a penny less. Never mentioned about bringing in the ad. Even after I try to explain I was rudely spoken to. Regardless of the price there is no excuse for your attitude and unprofessional/poor costumer service. Stop replying with BS excuses that never happened to cover your a$$ These guys are a joke! Saw a specific used set of wheels and tires listed sale. Message thru a selling app and no response. Decided to call asked availability and pricing to confirm. Guy who picked up didn’t even know the price. Over heard him asking people around the shop. Told me just to stop by the shop and take a look. I told him I’m not local and would not commute that far if I didn’t have a ballpark of what the price is. Then proceed to tell me a price that’s even higher than what is listed. I told him that’s not what I saw listed. Which I have proof of. He end up being extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me to figure it out and blabbing on about having 40 years of experience and hung up. Don’t ever do business with businesses like this. Just waste of your time. (To owner) you didn't speak to me but at this point all I hear are excuses for you and your employees regarding to poor behavior. If you didn't speak to me directly then don’t reply like you did or know what happened. Even though it was replied that its “available”. Doesn’t mean it sometimes. I got burned before. Showing up to buy something that was sold but was said its available. Don't fault people for checking and I call in during business hours. After all that being said you’re not addressing the fact that I was RUDELY SPOKEN to when I called in and COULDN’T SET A DEFINITE PRICE ON A USED ITEM! You might own the business, but your customer service is terrible. All I hear from you is try to find or dig something to make excuses after excuses instead of addressing the problem. Well, let me address it myself “My apologies for your experience. That’s not how we represent ourselves and our business. If you give us a chance, love to have you stop by and speak to me directly and like to make something work for you” ………… 😆 it’s quite disappointing that you cant even come up with this but instead replies to the reviews truculently
