I recently had my truck repaired here, but the manager’s attitude made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. One day around lunchtime, my wife had just undergone surgery and needed some hot food. I asked the manager if there was a microwave available in the driver lounge. He told me there was no microwave and that customers were not allowed to use one. Since my truck was inside the shop, I couldn’t idle it to use electrical appliances. At the time, all the technicians were on lunch break, so I used a small electric cooker plugged into a workbench outlet to make instant noodles for my wife. Because the workbench was covered with grease and dirt, I went into the shop restroom area to grab a few paper towels to put underneath the cooker. Suddenly, the manager rushed over, pointed at the restroom sign, and told me aggressively that customers were not allowed there. The strange thing is that the previous Saturday, when I was also repairing my truck here, one of the technicians had specifically told me I could use the shop restroom. I explained that I was only getting a few paper towels. A little later, while I continued cooking, the manager came back again and said I was not allowed to cook in the shop because “the owner saw it on the security cameras and told him to stop me.” Then I asked him what I was supposed to do if I needed electricity. Only then did he take me to the employee break room and show me that there actually was a microwave and power outlets available. I also don’t understand why my wheel hub cover was removed and thrown into the trash after they worked on my truck. It was only reinstalled after I specifically asked about it. After that incident, every interaction with him felt cold, impatient, and unwelcoming. You can immediately tell when someone treats customers as a burden instead of showing basic understanding and respect. Once my truck was finished, I left as quickly as possible. I truly did not want to stay there any longer. I will never come back.
