My car stopped working around 130pm, I called Kevin freaking out because its my only transportation. Kevin was able to get a VERY reasonably priced towtruck to me, AND fixed my car by 4pm. And I thought it was my transmission but he let me know it wasn't a huge issue and just my sparkplugs! Saved me THOUSANDS of bucks.. I moved to Tacoma from bothell and had a trusted mechanic there. I couldn't find one here until I found Kevin's auto repair! Honest prices, fixed it quickly and he was VERY friendly! This will be the ONLY mechanic I go to from now on!

5 trillion stars if I could give them. My 2010 Hyundai Tucson manual was 1 second stalling on me while going about 40-60 mph on the freeway (misfire?). I tried to figure out what was happening on my own like my daddy taught me. I cleaned my own throttle with seafoam top GDI, ran seafoam in the oil and gas tank then, researched it down to needing a new coil pack and a new crankshaft sensor, which I bought myself... (I had already put in new ngk plugs myself) BOOM! My car was fixed. He is honest and just an amazing guy. If I coulda changed the coil pack and sensor myself (I'm a girl, I have no tools 😂) I would have but Jesus blessed me with Kevin Auto, my daddy is smiling down on me from heaven for finding such an amazing repair shop on my own. I've been going to him since back in the D D D Day when he was on hilltop. He is a blessing to the black community and everyone else too. I cannot thank him enough.

I tell everyone about Kevin's auto repair. He has been so fare with me. He and his crew does not try to get over on me. I get my brakes done and oil changes. I'm a female and I research my cadillac on every problem I have and let him know that I believe it that problem. I'm not a professional and the last say is him. I am pro-active in seeking about my car and I have fixed minor things myself. As long as he is in bussiness I will never take my car anywhere else. They are good people with a fair price.

My heater started going out and my car would start to over heat but not get completely hot. Figured it was the thermostat and changed it. Refilled the fluids and it was fine for a day, then it started again. Added more fluids, same thing, fine for a day and then happen again. It’s been pissing rain so unable to determine if it’s leaking or not. Call Kevin’s on Friday when he opened. Brought it in, water pump and timing belt need to be replaced. I don’t have the money so tell him I’m going to pick it up. It is 10am at this point. Call him back at 11:15 because my people all came thru for me, definitely not expecting him to be able to do the work but still hoping as he was closing for the holidays and wouldn’t be back until the 5th. He agreed and got my car done and running better than previously before 4PM. He saved me in a tight spot. I also called around and most places were double or triple the price. Thank you Kevin!
