my wife's chevy equinox drive axle snapped off couple hundred feet away from the shop which was fortunate , i walked in there no appointment just a stressful emergency situation at that time but Luke and his team took care of my family and worked on the car and got it all fixed the next day noon and the car is now operating smoothly! they get the repairs done quick and they did not milk the clock like any other shops .. and just like that! me and my wife we agreed to bring our cars here for any other future repairs

Took my 4Runner in a few weeks ago for what I thought could be a serious leak—turned out it was condensation from my AC (embarrassing 😅). They let me know there wasn’t a problem there, but that a belt could use replacing, so they did and for a very reasonable, affordable price. I really appreciate their honesty and that they went above and beyond by catching another issue before it got more serious. They also let me know that my car is in great condition otherwise, and that peace of mind alone is worth what I paid. I highly recommend this place and would give them six stars if I could.

About 10 years ago when I was in my early twenties just making it by on minimum wage, I had a minor accident where I ran over a curb and tore a control arm right there on 6th ave in front of Jones Automotive. I limped my car over to them and Gaven got me all fixed up and on my way. Just today, I noticed my splash guard was hanging down. Nothing major but I swung by and Jake (I think that was his name) fixed it as a courtesy and just asked that I keep them in mind for future oil changes. This is a small, local, HONEST family owned business that I highly recommend to anyone. Especially auto-illiterate individuals like myself who need automotive help ranging from the simplest quick fix to the big stuff. They repair what they can and resort to replacement only when necessary. They will take care of you. They really are the salt of the earth. P.s. I just love their waiting room. It’s like a Tacoma time capsule with old school photos of Tacoma, the narrows bridge and classic cars. A million thanks, Jones crew!!!
