I was really stressing after I found what looked like a large screw in my tire. After about an hour and 1/2 all the 42psi that I had in it was deflated. I tried to get Discount Tire to patch it but the guy there literally gave it the thumb test and wanted me to believe that not only did I need a new tire, but would need 4 new tires. I pulled into Jeff's and not only did they say yes to fixing it (without needing to check all the other tires and tell me my tread was lacking), they also got it fixed in record time. I was so sad that I wasn't able to tip them more than I did. Thanks guys. Really appreciate the assist.

I used to love this shop- my family has been coming here since I was a kid, but they've gone so far downhill lately. I got sold used snow tires at the end of snow season which already annoying enough but my fault for not checking. I hit a nail towards the end of my 30 day warranty they advertise and brag about so much and the employee tried to argue I was out of warranty (I had to remind him February is only 28 days long). After they agreed it was still in warranty he went back to the garage and his buddy started laughing like they were making jokes which is super nice. They also patched a nail that was basically im the sidewall so let's pray it doesn't explode and cause an accident now that I'm out of warranty since they don't want to replace it like they should have. No reputable tire shop would have patched this- absolutely disgusting ETA- already came out to a flat tire where they patched it and it's only the next night :) let's hope they make it right like they say they will on the reply to my review.

Guys were able to change the tires I needed, didn't have a set of tires so settled for two. Checked my spare for me when they took it off. A little spendy but idk that could be the norm now it's been awhile since I bought used tires.

Great value! Great selection! Clear pricing! I gave my size and they showed me what they have. Each tire was clearly priced. I looked them over, picked a tire. 15 minutes later I was driving away with a tire with about 80% tread at about half the cost of the cheapest new tire I could find in town.
