This is an "EXCELLENT" place to bring your car. I have been coming here for years and I am very satisfied with the services I have had. Today I am having my Front Brakes and Rotors Replaced. Also, Jose is very friendly and honest. He said, "You do have 30% left on your rear Brakes so you can wait until next time to do them if you want to." Japanese Auto Service also, has excellent prices compared to any Toyota Dealerships. My suggestions to all of my friends is this! Get three written estimates, compare them, then go with the one that you feel the most confident about or in my case the cheapest as I am on a budget with 6 children. 👍👍 Two Thumbs Up for this place of business.

Ordered a Camry engine and picked it up. I immediately noticed that it had a dual throttle body setup – mine was single - they said swap the intake with the original, Working on it 1 day a week with my son. Started off by changing all seals, timing belt, water pump etc. 1st issue the tensioner was wrong, called them and they said buy the right one, your kit must be wrong ($70). Next, the original wiring harness had connections the engine did not, called them, they said ignore any connectors that don’t have plugs. I go to change the intake and discover the old one won’t fit because the head is 2 inches longer than the original - they said bring it back. Turns out the engine was a newer year and not interchangeable. 3 weeks later they had another engine. I ask if my warranty starts today - they say no it started the day we gave you the wrong engine. NOT ONCE during this process did they offer a simple apology - Sorry for wasting your time, your money (tensioner, replacement seals, 2 trips.)

I am grateful for all the staff’s integrity. I came in and was nearly sure of what service I needed. Turns out, I wasn’t all correct. Not to worry, after a quick conversation Jose and I were able to discuss the correct quote. I was driving away with that annoying symptom gone same day. It was all done with a very reasonable pricing and quality service. It’s hard to find these days, I highly recommend! Again, I really appreciated everything, thank you!

I’m so excited about getting my Kia up and running like brand new! I usually drive between WA and Cali 2-3 times a year so it’s really important to me to travel safely and have a dependable vehicle. Since I had my engine, turbo and starter replaced, I just returned from Cali and it ran like a champ! I’m so pleased and definitely recommend Jose and his company to anyone looking for a reputable and dependable establishment. I appreciate getting back on the road and with the gas prices and interest rates being the way they are, you have to be smart and safe! Thanks to Jose, I’m confident that I have another 10 years with my car.

*Total scam artist*. The guy thought that he could try and rip me off. He attempted to charge me 300 hundred dollars for nothing without even asking me prior and that wasn't even to fix the problem. Then to fix the problem, he stated I would need a rebuild for about 4 grand. Little did he know the engine was already rebuilt. I went somewhere else, or should I say somewhere honest and the problem was fixed for under 200 dollars. The car is running and purring like a kitten now, no thanks to them. Also, they kept my car for like 3 days to end up with nothing but an attempt to screw me over.
