Quoted $5000 to fix 2008 F550 Diesel and 2 weeks to repair. Kept the truck for 5 weeks+,instead of 1 week, and ovecharged aboyt $9,000 to a whopping $16,000, WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER.!! Outright thievery, and of course, they ransomed their customer by holding his work truck for payment.!! They 'claimed' MANY more hours working than anticipated, (which was bs), BUT NEVER NOTIFIED THE CUSTOMER ALONG THE WAY.! I drove by there for weeks and every time I was able to observe inside their shop, when the bay door were open, NOBODY WAS WORKING ON IT.!! They just ran up an extra 30/40 hours of billing because they could!! AND WORST OF IT ALL??. THE TRUCK IS BROKEN DOWN AGAIN, AND MY NEIGHBOR CANNOT USE IT OR MOVE II THATS A DAMN TRAVESTY. AND NO HELP IN SIGHT.... THERE OUGHT TO BE A LAW!! A TOTALLY ARROGANT & NASTY BUSINESS way to treat unsuspecting clients!! THEY EVEN CHARGED HIM MORE MONEY WHEN HE CAME BACK IN BECAUSE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON.! Some 3 month Guarantee.!! I feel sorry for my poor Samoan neighbor, who has too much dignity to write a review like this himself. I don't.!! I had a front row seat to all of it. SHAME ON YOU H&H.!!! Michael B. 6/24/26.
