They filled out the paperwork for the claim on my vehicle. No work was ever done, but they were happy to receive the check. Them and nerd towing are literally stereotypes of why people stay away from these businesses. I’m sure the number has changed, if you reach someone with the last four of 2723 don’t even bother.
View on GoogleWe were recommended to come to this facility by a woman who came to repair a broken window with Safelight Auto and it ended up being a motor issue in the door. We brought the vehicle in the next day at 9am, and it was fixed before 1pm. The black owned business had exceptional service, great feedback, friendly environment and set a positive tone for us after a challenging few days with a broken window! We would totally go back again!

I live in San Diego and this shop is so awesome 👌 my brother passed away and gave a car to my brother which needed a new clutch. They not only replaced the clutch they redid the brakes and even pressure washed it for my brother. They went so over and above the call of duty which is almost impossible to find anymore so I want to Thank You 😊 for helping us out. If you live In Seattle go straight to H & H auto you will not be sorry. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!
View on GoogleI took my car there in November for loss of engine power. They said it was the solenoids and replaced them. Well, less than 100 miles later my car is losing power. I take it back, they say it’s the camshaft sensors. They replace the sensors. Less than 50 miles later, my car is losing power again. I call multiple times with no return calls. My car is now at Chevrolet with multiple issues. It’s missing an O ring in an area they worked on and a plethora of other issues they did not address. Do NOT take your car there. I’m working with my bank to dispute the charges. I feel like I was ripped off because I’m a “typical” woman who knows nothing about cars. This is why women hate taking their cars in.
