My 2015 Honda Accord hasn’t required much mechanical repair. On these occasions, I’ve taken it to Emily’s garage at Casino and Evergreen Way in Everett. Today Kayla and the mechanics performed all kinds of testing to discover why it was sporadically not starting. Could not find an answer. Kayla then called the local dealership and found there were two recalls on this very electrical issue. It would be repaired at no cost to me at the dealership. After checking with me, she made an appointment with them for me. She also asked them to provide a loaner car. Now that’s the epitome of great service!

I was very displeased when I took my vehicle to Emily’s toward the end of 2025. I told them beforehand that I had water leaking in my car and where inside it was presenting. I let them know that I had already cleaned out my front sunroof drains and could not access the back ones and asked them to please check those to see if that was where the leak was coming from. They looked over my car and told me they couldn’t find anything and to just start replacing weather seals or other parts to just see if that will fix the leak, and that they did not provide these services. I did not have a bunch of money to spend on this repair to just start replacing random parts and living in rainy Washington, this was detrimental to my vehicle. I recently had a friend take just an hour to pull the headliner down in my car and find that it was, in fact, the back sunroof drains I asked this shop to look at that was causing the leak. I wish they would have listened to me and actually looked at the area I thought was the issue. I am super disappointed that they charged me for the service and did not even check which I had asked them to.

Prices are competitive and they are very clear with their estimates what you are paying for. Overall a great experience, and I don't usually go here when I'm having a good day.
