Her communication is quick, and she always checks in, which means a lot — especially when something unexpected or urgent happens with your car. It also helped so much that the shop speaks Spanish, making everything even more welcoming and accessible. You can feel that they care about their customers, not just the cars they work on. Overall, I left feeling grateful — not just because my car was fixed, but because the whole experience was honest, smooth, and thoughtful. Been working with the Tacoma location with 3 of our cars so far & we’re not stopping any time soon. It has honestly been such an amazing experience so far. Everyone is very understanding and goes above and beyond to help us not only come out with our vehicle better than when it goes in, but also recommending more financially sound alternatives to help us along. I've had two cars brought in for service and both times my experience was excellent! The first was an issue with a Fiat 500e. The dash was showing error codes and after calling the dealership discovered they were no longer in business and their parent company refused to work on the car. I called around and found that Easy Street was willing to give it a go. They were honest that working on electric vehicles was new to them, but they were willing to try and diagnose the issue. Sure enough, they did and was able to repair it. My second vehicle was a Mini Cooper that needed new brakes and rotors. Again, they did a fantastic job and were super quick about it. Best of all, they took the time to chat with my teen daughter, as it was her car, to ensure she new to be gentle on the brakes for the first 200 miles. All in all, a fantastic experience. I will absolutely be back to give them more business.

While the work took about five hours, it was clear they were taking their time to do things right rather than rushing through it. That level of care really shows in how smoothly my vehicle is running now—it feels noticeably better across the board. The staff was communicative, transparent about the process, and made sure I understood what was being done. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust with multiple services at once, but they delivered on all fronts.
