I am always treated well, all my car's needs are explained clearly, and I get a breakdown of costs before any work begins. They're honest when work can wait versus when it really needs to be done. The shop is physically accessible (I'm disabled and use a mobility aid), and when I do need to wait on site, they have a comfortable space to relax. They frequently have rental cars available and the rates are great. I recently was in an accident and they worked with my insurance to handle things and reduce the stress I was under. I will always recommend them to folks.
