I’m so glad to have Cooper’s to rely on for auto care. Not only are the prices very reasonable but I have always been treated really well there and they take excellent care of my car. It’s a clean, comfortable place with a very friendly atmosphere where they really aim to please!

Best inspection experience I’ve had. Their digital reporting system is perfect; I could see high-res photos of the engine leaks and suspension wear right from my phone. They even confirmed the frame was solid after a prior accident, which was my biggest concern. Professional service from start to finish from Kyle and the store manager Matthew. 10/10.

My over all experience here was okay. They'd be getting 5 stars if they honored their diagnosis fee clause. Was told if they figured out the problem in under an hour we wouldnt be charged the 200+ dollar diagnosis fee. The car had a shake to it, they called back and said it was the tires causing it and we just needed to get new ones. My question is how exactly it takes one over an hour to determine the tires are bad. Brought this up and was brushed off, still made to pay the diagnosis fee. Bad customer care.

Geraldo did an amazing job of taking care of my complex emergency repairs! He took time and was thorough in his work. I highly recommend him. Matt was very accommodating in getting my vehicle in immediately and made it a priority to get my emergency repairs done. Seth and Geraldo were was also very helpful in staying late so I could get my car out of the shop after hours. A+ service. Thanks for taking good care of me and my vehicle…and for the Uber rides!

I had some work done here several years ago. Back then it seemed like I was treated well. I just had some work done recently. I wish I felt the same way. I had a good sized list of things needing done and I was quoted a fairly steep price. But, I was not wanting to do it all myself so, I agreed. I won't complain about the quality of work as it was good. When completed and time to pay it was over 1200 dollars more than the quote. Maybe the tax? The only added item not discussed in the quote was a starter replacement. I asked for that and was willing to pay it, no problem. I stated the quote that i was given at the point of paying. The guy re-did it and dropped it a few hundred. I asked why it was so different than the quote and he again dropped the price and stated something about the over charge of tie rods. It was late and I was in a hurry so, I paid and left. My truck runs good and Im happy to have the work done. That aside. I did a parts shop directly from my invoice with their part numbers on it. I dont know if this is how the industry works but most all parts doubled in cost plus the labor and that was what I was charged. Ok. Fine. But, I got a rebuilt starter for the doubled price of a new one. At least give me a new one. A business needs to make profit and I support that. I wish I knew if that's what I would get somewhere else, that's all. I would like to say I am very satisfied but I dont know. The 1200 dollar difference seems like a big difference and the sudden price reduction has me scratching my head. Follow up: I got a phone call from Matt who works the front desk. After a good conversation he made me understand the whats and whys. I appreciate that communication so much. It is missing in customer service these days. Given the new information I have, I will say honestly, I was treated well. I would recommend Coopers to others I know. I appreciate the effort Matt put forth. Confidence restored!
